Educational Consultation for Babies Between 0 and 5 Months Old

At this early months you don’t have to worry about creating bad habits or sleep crutches, the most important thing you have to do is bonding with your baby and nurturing attachment. We don’t do sleep training. If you want guidance on what’s developmentally and age-appropriate for your little one and  learn simple strategies to establish a sleep foundation from the beginning this a good deal for you.

•  Review of a feeding and sleep assessment forms
• 2 Educational phone or video calls (90 min) where I will give you strategies to optimize sleep and to handle common challenges
• Information on sleep science, developmental stages, how to start setting a healthy and gentle routine for naps and nights
