As a Gentle Sleep Coach I will support and accompany you in this process with a gentle approach where we will not let your baby “cry it out”. Instead we will nurture the parent-baby-child bonding and attachment by being responsive and attending your child’s needs while teaching him to fall asleep independently and improving the quality of sleep for your family.
There is no right or wrong in this process, together we will find what works best for you and your family and design a personalized plan to reach your goals and expectations in a non-judgmental environment.

Hi! I’m Ana Madero, Gentle Sleep Coach and Therapist but most importantly a proud mother of two amazing girls.
